My  "Home" of 36 years (over 100 years old) is located in  a beautiful
little city of 20,000 built around two lakes.  Our lakes are a favorite
stopping place for white pelicans who are
migrating from the South and many stay here for the summer.
Our town is a neat clean  town with 4 pretty seasons .  Winter can be extremely cold. BRRRRR!!!  40 to 50 degrees below windchills are not
uncommon.  The other extreme season is summer when the temperatures will reach in the 100's and with 90% humidity.  Spring and Fall are cool, crisp and
wonderfull and pretty.

Every season
has it's beauty. 
The summer rains bring an abundance of  flowers in my garden and they also surround my deck.
